These boxes are superior to other boxes. The poly-coating makes these sturdy boxes very resistant to any moisture. Poly-board boxes are very practical if you are storing your cakes in a refrigerator. The box will protect your cakes from moisture, water, spills and handling damage. Your customers too will appreciate the strong box especially during the transfer of the cake. The box is made from SBS board (all-white). This allows for a “freshness” barrier. When a cake is in a humid environment (fridge), there are, at times, a transfer of flavor. Corrugated circles and boxes absorb the moisture from the cake and transfer that corrugated taste to the cake.
